A journey of flavours from the Peloponnese to the heart of Europe!
At EURegionsWeek 2024, held on 7-10 October in Brussels, Korinthian Foods, on behalf of the contracting authority, the Special Management Service of the “Peloponnese” Programme, implemented the gastronomic action “Peloponnese leads the way in Agriculture”.
The attendees enjoyed high quality Peloponnesian products. Korinthian Foods’ creations for the “Peloponnese leads the way in Agriculture” event were more than a product presentation; they were a sophisticated combination of traditional flavours and modern techniques. The experienced team of Korinthian Foods, thanks to its expertise and professionalism, presented proposals from the rich gastronomic tradition of the Peloponnese, winning the impressions of the European participants and highlighting the cultural and agricultural heritage of the region.
Important personalities, such as the European Commissioner for Cohesion, Elisa Ferreira, and Carsten Rasmussen, participated in the event, while the presence of the Regional Governor, Mr. Dimitris Ptochos, as well as the Head of the Programme “Peloponnese”, Mr. Antonis Psarakis, underlined the support of the Region in promoting its agriculture wealth.
